Wizard Kit Hire is an invitation-only site for a small number of people we already work with. We hold as little about you as the site can function on, and we don’t track you.
Your account: your name, your company, your email address, and your password — which is stored scrambled (hashed), so nobody at Wizard Kit Hire can read it, including us.
Your hire rates: the two percentage levels and the spend thresholds agreed with you.
Your lists: the kit you put on them, the quantities, and what each list is called.
So we know the site is earning its keep, we record — on our own server, against your account — when you were last active, how many days you’ve used it, how many lists you’ve made, and how many lists you’ve sent and when.
That is the whole of it. There is no analytics service, no advertising or marketing tracking, no third-party scripts watching you, and no cookie banner because there are no cookies beyond the one that keeps you signed in.
Your list is emailed to us, copied to you, with a spreadsheet attached. Those emails are delivered by Resend, our email provider, who handle the message in order to send it.
The site and its database are hosted in the United Kingdom (London). We keep your account and your lists for as long as you have an account with us.
Ask us to delete your account and we will, along with your lists. Ask us what we hold about you and we’ll tell you. Ask us to correct something and we’ll correct it.
